The question for every CEO who is serious about sustainability I, “How do I align the values of my employees with that of the wider community?”  For Green Dragon Gas is was a matter of ensuring that the people who run the company are also the community.

At Green Dragon Gas, we believe in employing locally and training locally.  The immediate benefit is that our staff are immediately incentivized to look out for their friends and family.  As our pumps discharge water directly to irrigate the surrounding farmland, engineers will be especially diligent to ensure no harm comes to their community.
